The hotel is great for its price point. With good breakfast served. The closeness to the Yenikapi station makes it a great choice for the business travelers and those that need to be connected to the wider city. Cleanliness should be improved

We were very disappointed to see the room, it was nothing like the pictures displayed on the hotel’s website. Living there for two nights w.e.f. Oct. 1st to 3rd Oct., 2023 was so unbearable as the room was in such poor condition. Although, the staff were friendly & nice, it doesn’t change the fact the room as well as the bath room were so dirty! The breakfast was just formality to show off except the variety of cheese. The surrounding area is not nice!! Very tight streets & very bad traffic area!! ⚠️ The noise from the traffic and the sirens 🚨 outside is unbearable!!! I don't recommend it at all. 👎🏼

Our room was so so dirty! As other reviewers have mentioned, the carpet was absolutely filthy! The bathroom was so much smaller than on the pictures and was also in poor condition, the waterfall shower did not even work. The so called ‘city view’ was a tiny window overlooking nothing. We were very disappointed to see the room, it was nothing like the pictures. Living there for a week was so unbearable as the room was in such poor condition. Although, the staff were nice, it doesn’t change the fact the rooms were so dirty!

If your friends are staying here, you can't even visit them. They won't let you go inside. One of the hotel workers was going to lend his private IstanbulKart to one of the guest so she could use public transportation. Definitely a service and kindness that's rarely seen. So that was a pleasant experience. The taxis they call you here have fixed prices to your destination, which means you get overcharged and ripped off. For whatever reason they can't just call a normal taxi. The taxi stand up from the hotel does the same thing. So this area isn't particularly tourist friendly or fair...

Family of 4 stayed in June 2019 for 7 nights the staff were friendly and polite. The room was nice and clean the air con was brilliant kept us cool when it was hot. Breakfast was great plenty to choose from. The Hotel Manager Mr Ali was very kind and made us feel very welcome he is the hotels best asset we would like to thank him for all his help. The only negative is some of the staff need better communication and guest satisfaction experience in dealing with guests. But overall very pleased with our stay.
