Hi, my family rented villa through airBnB and had very unpleasant stay. - lack of water every 2 days. water tanks coming to replenish after 4-6hours on average - whirlpool didn't work for 8 out of 14 days - shower next to the pool didn't work for most of the days though we asked multiple times for someone to repair - snake inside the room ( roof had holes inside ), according to professionals it was king cobra - we couldn't use rooms downstairs as there were chemicals and everyone was scared - there was no gas in the kitchen during the trip, and we had to wait a few hours for things to get repaired - glass doors were broken - there were no keys to the rooms upstairs - no pilot for the gate - random people were coming to the property when small kids were around. - pictures looked much better than the villa in reality Overall villa is not suitable for as many people as there is bedrooms.

It's an older villa, 6 bedrooms but the pool is great. Got it on airbnb, the electric bill was massive

We stopped at this villa, after looking at the ad I was happy, I thought that a big beautiful house was waiting for us. But upon arriving at the villa, I realized that this was not so. The villa is very dirty, the furniture does not match the photos, the glass door in the bathroom was broken, there was mold and mildew in the toilet, there was no hot water in all the showers, we had to wash in cold water. There was trash from other guests on the premises, bottles and candy wrappers were scattered around. The concierge was unfriendly, in general, like all the employees, they did not answer any of my messages, of course, except for the time of check-out and payment. We were also not provided with hand soap or towels for the shower, the pillows were dirty. I do not recommend this villa.

DISAPPOINTING. A well-appointed villa but with daily inconveniences (hot water leak then no more hot water from the living room, pool vacuum cleaner which is very powerful and dangerous for hands and hair... a washing machine which breaks down , no cleaning equipment, jacuzzi that doesn't work, outdoor bath out of order) And I forget some. A manager who does not respond on the WhatsApp conversation she created, except when it comes to purchasing a tourist service. It's a shame considering the price and location.
