excellent villas with roof terraces with a jacuzzi included. The houses are big and there can easily be 10 people inside. They are very spacious and have a good location near Raiwan beach. The place is quiet and familiar. They have a large community pool with tables and beds to rest and sunbathe. I recommend this place 1000% and super safe. They also have parking. wide for cars and motorcycles.

We rested in this complex from 12/15/22 to 03/03/23. I’ll tell you right away why I took off a star: 1. It’s very inconvenient when in a house with three bedrooms all the beds are king!!! It’s not clear what the owners are thinking about. These are clearly family homes. We arrived with 4 children. Everyone had to sleep in pairs, and this was very uncomfortable! Extremely uncomfortable! 2. Second coastline is a big word. The sea is nearby, it’s really a second coastline, but you can’t swim in the sea, because... there are boats there. On the other hand, due to the lack of opportunity to swim, it is always quiet) In general, depending on how you look at it) Now about the pros: -The area is quiet and cozy, with a lot of shops, massage parlors, restaurants available - The complex is small but cozy; there are 13 townhouses and one large swimming pool on the territory. The territory is closed. Children have a blast there. They all go out into the street, become friends and party until nightfall. - House cleaning is excellent and efficient. The girls work in twos or threes. They clean up quickly. - Special thanks to Andrey, the complex engineer, any breakdown is fixed with lightning speed! Thank you! -I also want to thank the manager Ivan, thanks to his care and help we had a great rest! I recommend Genesis villa to everyone!
