I've been coming on holiday here to Phuket for eight years and I've never found better value for money than in this hotel. the hotel is located at the foot of the hill so it is very quiet and you sleep well. from the rooms on the top floor you can see the sea. spacious rooms and cleaned every day. towels changed every day and very fragrant. in the morning you can drink an excellent coffee in reception. staff with a clean look smiling and friendly. the staff is always available for any problem. excellent Wi-Fi. on the ground floor there is a beautiful and very comfortable relaxation area where you can spend time with other customers

Grand View Patong is the place to be if you want to match good position hotel at a fair price maximizing high level of customer support by Luca and Fabio managers of the hotel. The rooms are essential, you will find everything you need and very important every day a cleaned up room. At night is quite and relaxing cause you are close to the nature and not into the Bangla road and if you want to have fun with 5 min motorbike you can go patong Beach and Bangla road. Luca and Fabio will give you all the tips and trick to enjoy your staying like awesome seaside, place to be terrace as well as restaurant and boat trips. Strongly suggest to join them. Best Alberto

Had a very bad experience here bookef the apartment six months ago and then a few weeks before got told he had to cancel the booking after some messaging he told me he sold it then after asking him why its still being advertised I had no reply so I can only guess he was lying. And had a better offer than my short 2 night booking. I booked on booking com.

Grand View is a great place to stay. Conveniently located close to all the main attraction of Patong but on a very quiet hill close to the forest which is fantastic if you want to enjoy the nightlife but still sleep when you need to. Rooms are essential but nice, clean (daily cleaning of the room) and functional. The managing team is exceptionally friendly, extremely keen on helping you out with advices on any topic (avoiding scams, selecting the right day trip, nightlife, restaurants etc), always available, and run the place like clockwork. Couldn't recommend them more!
