Lack of water especially in Comfort rooms. But I always love the food in there kitchen and I appreciate the smiles of those friendly kitchen staffs.

Great hotel if you're up for a place at the city center. With mini pool at the roof deck, you'll really feel the Palawan island tropical feel!😁💯🏝

We requested to see the rooms depending by the view and they assisted us nicely. We chose a room and it was an average room,,, the aircon wasn't that cold, idek if it was an aircon,,, when we were about to sleep, the aircon was making noises,, loud noises, it was spewing ice rocks, and was dripping when a blackout occured which disturbed my sister, their toilets, the button for flushing gets stuck in the middle, tas ayaw gumana ng keycard nila kapag papasok kami rooms. We had complimentary breakfasts, don't expect too much, we only had 2 options for it and a cup of coffee. It's budget-friendly, the stairs are so-so (there is no elevator), but I just hope their rooms were more welcoming.

I usually don't have time to write reviews on the hotels I stayed at but this time I had to write something; I can't stay quiet. First and foremost the room furniture and accommodations are not in their best condition. The AC is small and makes lots of noise ( it's hard to fall asleep like this), the mattress is so thin & uncomfortable that you feel the bed frame breaking your back, the shower is not inviting at all (Rust in the sink, a crooked floor, and problematic plumbing that makes you wet the entire floor). They didn't even leave us hand soap & small towels to clean my hands. The breakfast was embarrassing but I didn't come with expectations. When you pay $ 50 for a big city like Puerto Pricesa not even in the peak season you expect something better. The location is the only thing that may be good in this place :(
