Staying here for 2 days. Seemed to be in red light area of Puerto Princesa because of the strip clubs either side of the hotel. Yet the hotel was probably the best I have stayed in whilst in P.P. Staff were excellent. My room is comfortable. Good air-conditioning. Very nice dining area with a great choice for breakfast. Dinner wasn't served because there was no chef. I was here during the Xmas holidays and there were not many people around.

We love the service in this hotel . The staff are so accommodating , always friendly and ready to help . If you ask for something you get it right away . Very welcoming . Eric took good care of us in the dining room . Free breakfast was sufficient and hot , rooms were clean and spacious. Location is really good. Near airport and everything else . There were trikes that you can hail as soon as you get out of the hospital . It is not a fancy hotel but it did have darts, billiard and some games you can use , also a balcony for smokers if you just want to hang out . It felt safe .We ordered food and had it delivered there and ate in the balcony . For the price , It is good value. Again , nothing fancy but has all the basics, hot water , bidet , robe, clean towels. They also provide pitchers in the room that you can use to fill with water from the dispensers in the hallways . Will definitely stay here again !

We spent 4 nights here recently. The first room we got, the A/C was weak, and not cooling the room. The staff moved us to another room, with only slightly better A/C. Eventually, we got moved to a 3rd room, and the A/C worked well! I hope they fix the A/C issues, because it is hard to sleep in a hot room. In regards to the hotel, free breakfast, fridge in rooms, and a water dispenser in the hallways of each floor. The staff seemed nice and service was good, and attentive whenever we had a question or issue. It's close to the airport too, with a shuttle available to the airport. Depending on where your room is, you might hear loud music from a club nearby at night. The hotel probably needs updating, but not bad for the price.
