The bathroom is extremely small 🚽, and the hotel's cleanliness, particularly in the washroom, is close to nonexistent. Only one room key is provided, which can be inconvenient for guests or couples who might accidentally lock themselves out while the other is occupied. Additionally, there are no room shoes available. The mini-bar, unfortunately, is empty. Overall, it doesn't justify the cost 💰. The extra kitchen space and living room have a persistent pungent smell, requiring the windows to be kept open throughout the stay.

I booked a room through the website of the hotel at a price. A few days later, they canceled my reservation. I had to called them and ask the reason why they canceled my reservation. The management told me that the platform published the wrong prices and it is why that my reservation got canceled. The staff told me that they would follow up with me after the incident and that the platform would call me but still nothing. Worst service ever, they never called back or cared about it.

I had a fantastic stay at Gray Boutique Hotel! The staff, especially Sufiyan, Khawla & Chada, were incredibly helpful and attentive. The cleaning staff exceeded my expectations, maintaining a spotless room and even organizing our personal items. Their attention to detail was impeccable, making our stay truly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and cleanliness. 10/10!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, this beautiful boutique hotel is first located in the one of the chic neighbourhood of Casablanca Triangle d’or. I stayed there when I come to visit my family, he s located in the heart of Casa, close to the beautiful souk Badr, which one of the best market place in Casa, I also walk to the corniche from there. What an amazing walk. The area is very safe since it s one of the richest neighborhood. The hotel has a very efficient staff, they are available 24/24h. Accommodated me with room service and all my needs, their suites are comfy and large for the price that I booked for, I had the best bottler each time Omar. He’s the sweetest. His recommendations in the city are the best, especially for the nightlife. I loved their SPA I went there 4 times. I highly recommend. They have a gym that I went to each time like a private gym where I was doing my work out. I stayed there for 10 days each time I come. I have the best service quality / price. I went to the traditional hammam in the street too. An amazing and unforgettable experience. Thank you to the director of the hotel which is always there to help if needed.

One of the best hotel boutique in town! I like this cozy hotel in the beautiful neighbourhood of triangle d’or. Khaoula the receptionist was very professional each time I come at night, helped me with all my needs. Management is the best. I recommend you to stay here. Their rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant la table of gray had me there at every lunch. I just love this little classy hotel and their staff are well-managed. Thank you again hotel Gray. Saad
