❗️If you can't stand cigarette smoke or are traveling with children, then this is not the place for you❗️ We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. Price/quality matches. The location is relatively convenient. We live on the third floor and sometimes there are interruptions in hot water. Initially, I booked in a building overlooking the garden. But it is inconveniently located and looks gloomy. So I paid extra and moved into a building overlooking the pool. The renovation is tired, especially the floor. There is a smell of old age, so I often open the balcony to ventilate my room. I also had a problem with ants in my bathroom. The pillows are very hard. I don't know why this problem exists in all cheap and mid-price hotels. The pool looks unusual and interesting. This is definitely an advantage of this hotel. ✅The biggest plus of this hotel is the friendly staff. ❌And the biggest disadvantage of the breakfast restaurant is that you can't enjoy breakfast outside. Because “civilized” Europeans smoke right at their tables. I reprimanded them for this, but they looked at me like I was a fool because the employees of this hotel allow smoking in public areas of this hotel. It's disgusting and smells really bad. Even my hair stank within 20 minutes. If you don't smoke, you should sit inside the restaurant. Why should I sit inside if the weather is beautiful outside? The entire civilized world prohibits smoking cigarettes in public places. I have lived in Bangkok for many years and have not seen people smoking in restaurants or cafes. The smell of cigarettes haunts you in this hotel. it doesn't matter whether you open your balcony door, eat your breakfast or go to the lobby. I travel a lot. I have stayed in expensive and cheap hotels, and even in Turkey (a heavily smoking country) visitors did not smoke on hotel verandas during breakfast or dinner. Because it is uncivilized and disturbs other visitors. The hotel needs to do something and create a separate smoking area. If I had known about this problem, I would have chosen a different hotel. Because for me this is unacceptable. Therefore, I give 1 star so that the hotel administration pays attention to this problem🚭

Good location. Good price. The breakfast wasn't really my thing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms could've been cleaner. The location close to terminal 21 mall was convenient. It's a 3 star resort.

Great place to be for a couple of days. Location is quite but still very close to all the happing places. What we do not like is that a lot of weed smoking is done on the balconies outside and that smell is really not nice to be in. Room was good but daily cleaning must be done better. But stilll to be reccomended. Pool is very nice but Ithink the poolwater should be more clear than it was when we were there.
