I hate that I must share this experience but I feel obligated to do so. At our last night here in Bangkok my partner had gotten sick from some street food and had an accident in the bed during our sleep, embarrassing enough as is. The next morning while we were checking out one of the housekeepers brought down the messed sheets and showed them to us in the middle of the lobby with guests coming and going around us. Then charged us 200 baht as a fee for the mess. My partner is beyond mortified that they would show such disrespect and offense. I’m absolutely appalled that anyone in their right mind would embarrass a guest in such an embarrassing and offensive manner. After we expressed our feelings about the incident the manager proceeded to offer a cup of coffee as reparations… a cup of coffee.. Accidents happen and we get that. But to show the whole lobby our messed sheets is so beyond unprofessional and embarrassing. I’m still in shock that anyone would do such a thing. If I could give 0 stars I would. This ruined our entire experience at Greenpoint Residence. I’m not the type to ever give customer service a hard time but this is absolutely unacceptable. I hope no other guest ever has to go through something like this.

Great place, near Central Eastville mall just walk 5 minutes. Lovely staffs and swimming pool area.

So much mosquitoes in the room. Hot water is not working I call the front desk to fix they told me will send someone but no one show up and I call again they ignored me. The staff they very unfriendly.
