The hotel does not meet expectations. It is impossible to buy coffee in the entire hotel at 6 pm. “Welcome drink” is just water with ice. The staff in the restaurant does not speak English. The room has no balcony and a view of some kind of warehouse. I am disappointed.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. 100% NOT as advertised. I made the mistake of booking based on the photos and listed amenities. I paid for 17 days up front. When I checked into my room it had two twin beds instead of a single full or queen. Someone my size can not fit in a twin and you could not move them to form one bed. There was no table in order to do my work. There was no dining area as advertised and booked. There was no hot water for the shower in the morning. There were drunks in the hallways all night making noise. I showed the hotel staff my booking details and they agreed it was wrong but offered nothing else. I informed them I had to check out because I couldn't sleep or work and did not receive what I paid for. They said I would get a refund from Expedia and to contact them which I did. Expedia then called the hotel and said I needed to write the hotel for my refund. I've written to them now THREE times with NO reply. contacted Expedia again and they tried multiple times to get the hotel to refund me and they refused. I stayed one night and they charged me for 17. Again, do NOT stay here. I am now in the process of contacting all of the booking sites to let them know they should NOT represent them.
