The room was great, the staff was also very nice and helpful. We had a problem with the air conditioning which the staff were so kind to fix. The location is good, there is a metro very close to the hotel which I recommend if you want to go downtown as the traffic is terrible and it will take you twice as long to drive there than if you take the metro. The rooftop bar and view is great and so is the service there. I didn't get a chance to use the spa services, but I think they will be great. I will definitely come back again.

Traffic in Athens is always horrible and this hotel is a bit outside «all of it» - but that aside: rooms are spacious and with provate balcony. Comfortable beds and squeaky clean. Comfortable bathroom with all amenities. Staff in all departments super service minded. Gorgeous roof terrace with pool, bar and view to acropolis. This hotel is a beautiful quiet gem.

Friendly staff, nice spacious rooms with every convenience. The breakfast buffet offers something for everyone. The rooftop bar gives a beautiful view of Athens and of course the Acropolis.

Everything about this hotel was top notch. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming and gave us an excellent overview of everything that was available to us upon arrival. The room itself was beautiful with a spacious balcony, comfortable king size bed, and a tv that we could chrome cast our favorite shows to on our quiet night in. The gym was a simple set up, and somewhere that I could easily get a basic work out in (everything counts on vacation).

The hotel is beautiful. The location to me was ok as someone who is quite familiar with Athens and knows how to easily get around. Breakfast offered many choices but some of the common Greek foods were not as tasty. Oddly, I found the staff not too welcoming unfortunately. There were no smiles or good mornings like you usually get in a 5 star hotel. That of course can easily be fixed and would make a massive difference in one's stay.
