The hotel is nice and well-located. The rooms are spacious. When we first opened the door to the room, it smelled wonderful. We had access to a balcony, which was great. The room was very clean, the air conditioning worked, and so did the Wi-Fi. All the people working at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent! Each morning, you could choose what you wanted to eat, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. You really had a great meal. We even booked the underground river tour through the reception! It was quite an experience - I highly recommend it to everyone! And don't forget to bring cash with you! There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Palawan is simply beautiful

Economic hotel in Puerto Princesa, located 50 meters from Rizal Avenue. This allows a safety and quiet stay. Breakfast is served in the dining area outside or in your room. Friendly service. After check out I left the bags in the Hotel. Once back from beaches tour, they allowed me to take a shower and change my clotes for the fly. This increases the evaluation rate.

The hotel is ok considering its price. The bedroom was clean and the location is quite central. Avoid organising tours via them though. First of all it is not offered as customer service. They take a commission, and since we were the ones who paid the most for the excursion it seems that the commission was quite significant. Also, they use the tourism agency “Explore Paragua”, which is an absolute disaster (see my separate comment on them if of interest).

I'm a skeptic. I don't believe it until I see it. This place surprised me, from the delicious breakfast, to the friendly staff, the large comfy bed, clean sheets, AC, and the amazing shower water that dusted anything I have experienced in the Philippines this far. Water pressure for days. They offer day trips to various places and things to do. Puerto Princess seems to be a really interesting place so far. A ceiling fan, it's the attention to detail.
