The employees are exceptionally nice. The room that we had has reasonable space. Only wish they have a refrigerator and a microwave. But they do have free breakfast which can be sent to your room upon request. The mall (SM) is walking distance. Really close.

The location is great because it's just near the SM mall and a Jollibee is nearby if you decided to take breakfast not at the hotel, although the drivers will take some time to find it because the sign is barely visible, but the place is good, however the air-conditioning unit of the room we had was weak but there is a fan so it's okay. They offer tour packages so if you haven't decided or haven't got a tour package yet you could avail one(we got our tour packages from them)it's hassle free. My stay there is nice and comfortable.

Its in the city centre. The SM mall is a walk away and its pretty convenient if you want some food or groceries right away. The staff were kind and the room itself was comfortable. Overall the room could use another coat or paint on the walls and small renovations here and there.
