This place popped up first on United’s hotel voucher list, so I went with it. The best part about this place is the front desk girl. She was dealing with a lot of stranded United customers, and she handled that deluge as best she could and with grace. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. The AC technically works, but only the fan. I was able to get the room cooled off. Before I was able to get some form of room cooling figured out, I was told there are no other rooms and no maintenance person they could send. While checking in, someone came down to complain about there tv not working. Mine didn’t either, but I was too tired to care. I this morning there’s only lukewarm water from the shower. No hot water. Not even warm water. Just kinda warmish. Don’t spend money on this place.

My complaint is that the website advertised "free parking" which was one reason why I booked here BUT this is NOT TRUE ! They no longer offer this WONDERFUL anenity. BUT for the price and location the hotel was fine.. room had only minimal amenities but it was very clean and the bed comfortable. So overall I was a satisfied customer and would book here again.

First day, upon entering it smelled like weed and like they tried covering it up with air freshener, there was a roach in the drawer. The elevator felt like it would get stuck while you were in it. Went to wash clothes right before we left and i lost like 8 dollars in the dryer and washer, they claimed they would get it fixed and refund me the next day early in the morning but i left mid day and it wasn't fixed. Same day, our toilet clogged and it was around 1pm when we called the front desk to ask for the cleaner to come deal with it, they said they already sent their cleaners home. So they offered us a plunger and told us to deal with it ourselves. The receptionists were really polite and understanding but service was just average. We had to change our keycards numerous times due to it randomly not working. The gym had broken equipment and they had a lot of restrictions as to who could go in and it was so small. The breakfast was bad. There werent many options and there wasnt enough for all the customers. Pool was great, no complaints. Hair dryer and tv remotes were busted in like three rooms. Bathroom was too too small and the hot water was busted. There isnt a great view if youre interested in that stuff. I dont even know how this got two stars. This place is a one star.

Let me start by saying, don’t let the pictures fool you. This place was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was disgusting, the shower had mold in it, the bed was uncomfortable, you can hear everything from other rooms, the breakfast was just toast and cereal, the TV didn’t work. When I brought it up to the front desk, and I asked for a refund because of how bad the room was, they said they have a no refund policy. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
