We stayed as a party of 4 for two nights. We had a pretty bad flight out which resulted in us being 16 hours later than planned so when we got to the hotel we were pretty exhausted. The staff welcomed us and made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. We immediately felt that our weekend break was improving. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious. The location of the hotel was really good - There are quite a few really nice restaurants nearby . It's a short walk to the main city and around a half hour walk to the Sagrada Familia (well worth visiting). The staff made everything easy- we decided to take a taxi and they arranged that on our behalf. The hotel has a real cosmopolitan vibe - there are quite a few magazines/newspapers in a variety of languages. The staff were very encouraging when I was trying to speak in Spanish ( it was not necessary but fun to do! :-) ). In short , we had a great time there and would happily go back.

Everything was perfect. The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean and within walking distance of the city centre. You can come directly to the hotel from the airport by A1 bus. They helped us when we asked for an extra bed for our baby. Thanks for everything .

The best thing about this hotel is location, everything you want to visit is 15-20 minutes walk from you. Besides great location, hotel was really peaceful and you can spend your time by the pool which was never crowded. Staff is really polite and helpful, only thing I could complain about is small room space. Rooms were clean and the toilet was really nice. I would recommend staying in this hotel. :)

We stayed for three nights in November for my partners birthday - I was in touch with staff beforehand to arrange cava in the room on arrival and they were so helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to everything you would want to visit and near to two metro stops. The hotel is spacious and clean, with all amenities (soap, hairdryer, iron etc.) available. The staff at the hotel are so friendly and really helpful - the breakfast and bar staff to the reception staff can't do enough to help you. Breakfast is great - literally everything you could want from hot bacon and eggs to cold meats and cheese with sweet donuts and cakes, yoghurt and fruit. I would really recommend this hotel as a clean, spacious and safe place to stay.
