- Dirty Hotel.. Zero Clean .. I got an Eczema from dirty pillow… أقذر فندق ممكن تشوفه - Place full with mosquitoes. - Worst smell like a hell. - No free parking, you need to pay extra. -I had cancelled my full 4 nights non-refundable reservation after some hours only. Advice: sleeping on the beach sand is better than choosing this hotel.

The room was pretty reasonable for its price. I like the location. The lobby area doesn't look like Hotel Lobby. Only 1 major concern that needs to be addressed are Bugs. They need to call Insects Controller. Although I have seen only 1 bed bug and 2 small Cockroaches in bathroom area.

Worst hotel ever. After checking in you will realize that this hotel is run by ghosts. No one will care about your stay. The hotel is very old. Bloodsucking bedbugs crawl around, biting and feeding on blood. No towels provided, no room service, no one to be found. The first day there was no water supply in the bathroom. So if you haven't booked yet then consider saving yourself from a huge loss.

1. Heard the staff discussing that the management will stop their water supply. 2. The entire hotel stinks of paint. 3. We had booked hotel delmon plaza. There was no trace of the hotel on Google map. We had to find hotel sadaf Delmon in the heat for almost 30 minutes with 2 children. No apologies were offered on our arrival. The Filipino lady wasn't sure if she could provide plates. Very arrogant behaviour. Never go to this hotel even if it's free especially if you're with family. 4. Receptionist has the balls to ask you to bring your luggage from room if when they've bell boys. Pathetic idiots. 5. The staff started washing used plates in our bathroom with the same bathing soap we were using. He said it's not their job to wash plates. 6. The places will be filled with hookers and rowdies in the evening. Strong smell of hookah from their bar area. 7. Doesn't have any kitchen service. Doesn't want to provide any cutlery. How will customer eat in the convenience of room. 8. The reception staff was preventing a customer from accessing the room just because he didn't agree to pay double price. He was staying there over 2 months. Pathetic rascals. Never think of this hotel for your stay if you don't wish to lose ur sanity.

I don't have any star to give. It was my worst experience ,i took room in this hotel. The hotel now under maintenance and the reception is too much bad smell and dusty. We can forgive that because there is no option during maintenance. But about room most worst room and toilet in UAE. NOT CLEAN / DAMAGED FURNITURES / TELEPHONE NOT WORKING / NO HEATER / TOO MUCH NOISE FROM OUTSIDE / LOCAL TOILET / BED WAS JERKING / BAD SMELL IN ROOM . My suggestion if u have any room available from other hotel with same price, then go there. Don't take this hotel. I don't know how these kinds of hotels approved from authority.
