This was my third stay at the hotel. For someone who visits only once a year, I have to say that the staff remembered and welcomed me. I forgot to request a balcony room and had messaged them prior to my arrival. The response initially was that balcony rooms had a different (higher) tariff and I would need to cancel my booking and rebook the balcony room. It was just a couple of days prior to my arrival and I didn't wish to lose the room so didn't re-book. At check in I was pleasantly surprised that they had indeed given me a room with a balcony which I thoroughly enjoyed. My departing flight was at 03.30 in the morning and I requested a late check out. I thought that they may just give me an extra hour, but they extended it to 4pm. I expect another visit in 2024 and will re-book at the the Savoy Suites. The location and comfort of the property are excellent. Best of all is the staff. Professional, courteous and always ready to help. I highly recommend this property.

Our stay was comfortable and the room was clean and serviced daily. The staff were extremely polite and addressed all questions with ease. A great hotel for a comfortable stay of 5 nights. Location wise, the hotel is away from any market or restaurants, so would have to take a cab out. The Savoy Central property of the same group is better located due to nearby restaurants and markets.

Location is steps to all the malls and food and grocery. The hotel is clean! The staff are great! Breakfast is good enough to start the morning. We chose this hotel because of the washer/dryer. We just finished our tour from Egypt and we didn’t have enough clothes to last us another 9 days. The dryer in our room was just a spin and didn’t dry our clothes, we just hunger them and not a big deal. They would store your luggage if you check-out and your flight is later.

Amazing! The place is quite well located with metro station, shops, supermarket, outlet, bank, at a walking distance. Cleanliness of the rooms, very nice and helpful staff! The Suite is comfortable to accommodate a small family. The breakfast buffet has variety to offer and has not been the same during all our stay. We used to get out late from the room, but room service has been adjusting to our schedule everyday. Bonus, free ice cream for kids! They enjoyed! I strongly recommend. Thank you for hosting us!
