I normally don't reviews but I have to this time. I stayed here last week. We paid for two nights but had to leave after one. We reached in the afternoon. The rude hostess showed us the place. We had a room, a bathoom, and a living room. At least that's what we thought. A few hours later, she came back. She shouted on us for sitting on the living room couch. And demanded a 2000 yen payment for sitting on that couch! We paid and checked out the same day.

I normally don't write reviews but this is particularly bad place to stay in. I ended up here as a last-minute booking a few weeks back. Stay away, the hostess is unwelcoming for anyone who isn't Chinese.

We stayed in Dec/19 and booked the “Twin Room with Private Bathroom - Non-Smoking”. When we arrived. There is no one in the reception and there is a guide to instruct is to call a number or sent an email, we used the FAX machine on the desk to dial to the phone number and a person answered to wait until she coming to the desk. Beside this, the registration was fast. The room was clean and all amenities are ok. There was is and area with washing machine, you can use for you own and it’s free. This hotel is best for the price.
