The hotel is reasonably priced/community, well located, reasonable breakfast (could be more complete). But it started badly on the first day, when I asked for the hot water system to be checked, the employee noted the situation, but during the 3 days I stayed at the hotel the hot water was either very hot or turned cold very quickly. You can't take a shower in peace, the matter was never resolved despite mentioning it again at reception. The bedroom window did not close well, allowing noise and cold to enter. In terms of cleaning, something to improve, cleanliness and care.

We arrived at the hotel with seven people, and when we entered, the reception was empty. We placed our bags in the chairs behind us while we completed the check-in process. By the time we finished, my bag had disappeared. I immediately informed the receptionist and asked them to check the security camera footage. After twenty minutes, they informed me that someone had taken my bag. I wanted to review the footage, but they didn't allow it. We experienced no assistance whatsoever; it felt like we were a problem, inconveniencing them. Upon returning home, the insurance company requested a statement to process the claim, confirming that the incident indeed occurred. We wrote to the hotel, and after four days, they responded that they would not provide any documentation. We then sent another letter, stating that no official document was necessary, only a written acknowledgment that the incident had indeed taken place at the hotel. More than a week later, we still haven't received a response. This attitude is disappointing.

Great Location, a few blocks from Sants Station and very close to Arenas de Barcelona; lots of restaurants around. Good value for the price. Only reason for not leaving a 5 stars review is the noise from other rooms, only thing I think they need to improve.
