Location of this hotel is perfect: right in the city of Budapest. The staff was not very friendly.. Rooms were nice, just everything you need but nothing outstanding. Rooms were clean. Breakfast is small but also free so you can’t expect more.

Location is perfect for adventuring all around. Place had breakfast included which was very nice. No safe in the room and unfortunately we had a couple with a baby next to us which cried a lot till 2am for one of our nights but that's just luck. Overall great place to stay. Showers are strong and warm and reception is 24hrs

We stayed at the room for 4. Every bed came with it's own control panel for the lights in the room, personal light, electric socket and small holder which was convenient to charge phone and read in bed. There were additional sockets in two more places in the room which was extremely convenient. Toilet is separate from the shower! So convenient for many occupants in a single room. The small seating area near the round table was enough together with the two beds to accommodate all four of us. Really great room. Breakfast also was great and is served from early in the morning which is always a plus. Location is also very good. In centre of city and 800m from the bus to airport. All transport connectivity within easy walking distance. Disliked · It would have been more convenient had there been place to hang a towel in the toilet next to the handwash sink. We kept forgetting and dripping water all over the floor from that sink to nearest towel outside.

We stayed at H2 Hotel on Christmas Eve 2023. It is excellently positioned, right in the city center, close to the tourist area and main attractions. The Christmas market in front of St. Stephen's Basilica was very close to us, as well as the metro station, the Danube embankment, shops and restaurants. The hotel was quiet, the staff were friendly and everything was perfectly clean. The breakfast was varied, you really had a choice, having lots of "healthy" food, but also dishes more consistent, to prepare you for walking for hours around Budapest. As minuses, I would add the lack of a refrigerator in the room and the lack of a balcony. All in all an excellent hotel for a city break!
