There does not seem to be any soundproofing! Banging of doors is constant and noise from neighbours is clearly audible. Tiny shower with invasive shower curtain. Tiny TV. Poor decor. No curtains.

I'm going to give it 5 stars for it's value. You can't beat the location and price. Super close to the airport and the tram/train stations. Closer to the beach and casinos. Old Town is within walking distance. So much shopping and historical places within walking distance. Rooms are clean and the view is great as well. The owner is incredibly kind and even came to check on me when I told him that I needed to extend my stay for a few hours because I was feeling sick. Very friendly and quiet place in the heart of Nice. It's not the Ritz Carlton but it has so much charm and it's clean and convenient. Would recommend if you're on a budget!

There were cigarette burns on bed cover, floor and furniture + other assorted stains. Everything was very worn and paint coming off walls, door and furniture. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything from your neighbours. No extra blanket and the room was cold. Beds were together even though we booked twin beds and we were told we could separate then ourselves. Positive was that sheets and towels were clean and staff was friendly.
