The place need a little bit maintenance in the bathroom and a few improvements in the whole facility. The most delightful things is the lunch and breakfasts buffet, nice local home cooking style, great flavor and very affordable. Not so much flexible withe earlier arrivals. Place is surrounded of several small very cool places to have a beer, wine, great cooking to enjoy at night. Poplar dn sauna are small but good enough for a relaxing time. Restaurant close after lunch until next day, most probably because the high good offer of places on the closer streets.

The flat is nice, a little worn out, but close to the Paulista Avenue and Consolação Metro station, the room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is a little small but adequate, the wifi and internet works fine, the connection drops in the evenings because many guests are connected, but I was able to work remotely.

A decent size studio with kitchenette, but a bit worn out. Could get some refurbishment and thorough cleaning. Bed was comfortable. Overall good location and good breakfast (apart from scrambled eggs). Service was OK, but not everyone speaks English.

Most of the staff doesn’t speak a word of English. The only and unique thing we asked in French Spanish English and Portuguese to 3 different receptionists and to the kitchen staff is to have a breakfast without meet. First breakfast full of meet. Like full of meet. For the second breakfast we asked the day before. And then the morning when we called we said please no meet. We said it in English and Portuguese. I swear they brought a breakfast full full full of meet. Every single thing of the breakfast had meet in it. Plus we were 3 and they served us only for 2. The bathroom os old the extra bed isn’t comfortable at all. So we decided to leave earlier than expected. I mean is it complicated to serve what we asked. We didn’t even ask something more but something less.
