I booked this place on Expedia. I submitted all of my information on their checkin website and was told that at 3pm of arrival date I would receive room number and access code. I never received anything and my messages were not answered. So I had to find a hotel to stay at. This place is a scam and I will be getting my money back from Expedia

Appalling online service. If your room is exactly what you needed and you don't have to deal with them, I think it's probably ok. But mine wasn't and I needed to talk to them online. It's an impossibility. Horrendous service

Good experience but it could be better, it is not a hotel in the format we are used to so it is important to check in early to speed up entry into the apartment which is an excellent size with a comfortable bed and a reasonable sofa, kitchen equipped with micro fridge and electric stove, new and very central facilities. We were 3 people and we only had towels and bed linen for 2 people. We asked, but delivery, if it happens, will only be the next day. For the price it was worth it.

There are several negative reports regarding REDE CHARLIE, I will report my experience. I didn't have any problems the 3 times I stayed at the charlie network (consolation, rego freitas), but I want to make one thing clear, of all the times I stayed there I never needed help from the charlie network, if you need help you will have to have it a lot of patience and a cool head because it's complicated (I say this because I stayed at the charlie SETIN DOWNTOWN GENEVA network) and it was just a disturbance in my life. The rooms are good in consolation and are better than the beautiful view. My criticism is the response from the team responsible for support (if you need it, know that you will suffer). I was at Charlie Consolação when an apartment caught fire and no one told me about the fire, I had to call the reception and only then was I informed lol.
