This property is fantastic, situated right next to the Hagia Sophia. The hotel comprises a charming row of townhomes, each offering a direct view of the Hagia Sophia! Although my visit was brief, I'm definitely planning to return. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, some of the best I've encountered in a long time, if ever. It's a perfect blend of traditional and modern styles, both in design and service. Highly recommended!

The hotel is amazing! The location is perfect! ~Mehmet Kunduracı helped us a great deal with his team and loved our stay. The service is outstanding from the front desk to the concierge to the cleaning staff and Restaurant staff. We are Diamond members and they upgraded us for free to the best suite available. I would not stay anywhere else in Istanbul than here.

Really nice luxury hotel in an unbeatable location. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious and room service was fast and affordable. Huge bathroom with a separate clawfoot bathtub and shower compartment. Bed was super comfy - nice mattress and luxury sheets. The room is stocked with tea and coffee and espresso supplies. Small critiques: No view from the windows (not a big deal).The door separating the bathroom from the bedroom is a pocket door, which isn't ideal if you're staying in the room with someone else. My room didn't have elevator access, but I think other rooms do (again not a big deal for me, but could be for others). Because the hotel is located in such a busy area, it was pretty noisy at times.
