We came here to book a taxi as they advertise a 25 Euro fixed price to the airport on the window. DONT FALL FOR IT, IT IS A SCAM. The man working at the reception there explained to us that it is a 200 Lira deposit and we would pay the taxi driver 550 Lira (750 Lira is approx 26 Euro as of writing). We paid the deposit and informed him that our flight was at 8am. He said this was no issue, that the taxi would arrive in front of the hotel at exactly 4:30am and would not wait for us, so he asked us to be on time. He also let us know the taxi driver would message us 15-20 minutes in advance on Whatsapp before the 4:30 pickup. In case of any issues he said we can contact him directly via WhatsApp. The next day we were waiting outside the hotel from 4am.... at 4:30am we did not see the taxi and we had not received any messages from the taxi driver on Whatsapp. We called the man from the reception desk that had scheduled the taxi for us and he did not pickup. We message him on Whatsapp, and he leaves us on read, ignoring our worried messages.... In the end we had to contact a regular taxi last minute and pay 800 Lira to get to the airport. The people working there are liars and thieves. Please do not use them if you are visiting Istanbul nor stay at their hotel.

It was our first time in Turkey. Found this hotel at very good location and very reasonable price. Must try it. Grand bazar and blue mosque is like 7 mins walk.

Such a terrible hotel, if you're sane never book there because you will suffer the service is 0 my friends went to spend their holiday there they found their clothes thrown in the lobby ( half of it missing) and one of the workers cursed them in Turkish he thought they don't understand Turkish and he was laughing about it. Shame on them SAVE YOUR MONEY AND EFFORT never and never book in that terrible place

Everything was old. You can see it from the entrance. The elevator was old and very very small. But when you enter the room, yoi see the big "surprise". Horrible. The beds are super small. I was i a 3 bed room. Some of them were dirty. The pillows were some very small and some big and hard. The toilet is tiny and dirty. The mini fridge was leacking water when we arrived. The furniture is super old. I strongly recommend not to go there and choose another place

A friend booked this place for me by mistake because on the booking reviews and pics seemed fine but after I arrived I realized it was obviously a mistake. The room they gave me was really dirty, smelled bad and the restroom was dirty, service was ok, but it was really hard to find it.
