One of our best experiences here in hanoi for the last few weeks. The room is quite large, clean with great support whenever we need it. Enthusiastic staff and also many lovely guesses we have met.

The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and quick to check in. Room is clean, private. Especially the city view and travel are quite convenient. Like so much. Will stop by again when I have a chance to come to Hanoi.
