Hotel from hell literally. Was so disgusted to find blood stains and hair on the bed, don’t think the staff changed the sheets. Towels look like used rags off the kitchen floor. Also saw a lizard and ants in the toilet. Will never be back again. Even the mug coaster was moulds. Only saving grace was the white tiles that hid the dust well. Totally disgusted!

The location is super good, just at the corner when you turn into the Austin Height, it is very hard to miss the hotel. They never provide any parking space and it will be a headache to get parking nearby. Bear in mind that you need to pay a parking coupon on Sunday. The hotel is cheap and the room seems clean though, but can feel people come here for a quickee. But for the value... Yeah... The water heater has some problems though, it was fine at the first 5minutes and then it started to come out cold water, so be fast when you are showing. The receptionist is friendly. Overall it is great value.

Room was clean and is centrally located amongst convenient stalls, entertainment and dining. However the room service could be improved by replenishing our toothbrushes and soaps promptly without the need to keep asking from the counter daily. Luckily the counter was very helpful in sending us what we need. Overall good experience and will recommend.

The lift was installed with touch sensor and apparently it seems like it only worked for people with big / normal thumbprints. As my thumbprint was small, there was no way I could get the lift working at all - no matter how many times I tried pressing the lift button. My friend had to do the pressing every other time. On the day of the checkout, I was out for breakfast on my own and returned at 1145am. Again the lift did not work after trying multiple times and I gave up and walked up the 5 levels to my room. After climbing up the 5 levels, the room card had been deactivated and I had to go all the way down to the front desk again to reactivate the card before getting one of the guests to help me press the lift button. It was really such an unnecessary and redundant procedure to deactivate a guest's card at 1130am before the 12pm checkout time. If the hotel wants to deactivate the card, please only do so after the 12pm checkout time, and not any time before that, causing the guest to go all the way up to the room and then only to realise it had been deactivated and come back down again, causing much inconvenience and trouble to the guests. The room had a musky smell as there was no windows to the room. The pillow had a vomit smell too. The floor felt sticky, but thankfully there were bathroom slippers provided. The room size was decent and there was a plug beside the bed for charging the phone. The water heater was hot. The location of the hotel was good as it was near many eateries, many karaoke joints, the supermarket etc. But if you ask me if I would stay here again, my answer would be NO, as the hotel rents out the room on hourly rates.... (If you get what I mean....!!).
