A no frill budget hotel located near places of attraction that is within walking distance. Water pressure is good with precise water heater temperature control certainly without some of those other budget hotels nasty hot and sudden cold showers surprises. The biggest issue for this hotel is the lack of enough parking space. Once you get a parking space, you will not want to drive out as the hassle of getting another parking space again is just too troublesome. The other issue which may affect some people is the loud sound coming from the nearby mosque although we Malaysians are accustomed to it and it's a good wake up call for the non Muslim.

A 2 star hotel located at a very strategic spot near Jonker Walk and The River Walk. Rooms are clean, but size of room is a little tight. But, at that price point, it's considered good value for money and punching above its weight though. Great for short stays and for sales people doing their routine runs in the area. Parking is available for free, but limited and 1st come 1st serve basis.

Check in was not great. I was early, so expected my room not to be available. What I did not expect was for them to take my deposit and a mysterious heritage fee, even though I could not check in and they knew they were taking the last 50 ringgit I had. Room was decent, and everything was clean, but the bed was very firm. TV had three channels, none in English.It had a frig which did not work. I liked the location - close to Jonkers Walk but far enough away to be quiet. Also close to the river and a few bars, plus 7-11 was just up the street.
