Based on my experience, probably the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Virtually no sound proof between rooms. Woken up by rowdy group who couldn’t stop laughing. Called the reception twice at around 2 am and was told that they will send someone to investigate but no one came and after the 3rd call, I was screaming to the next room to quiet down which did the trick. Receptionist wasn’t helping when no one came as she says it’s not her fault. She had informed the person in charge but no one attended. Outlook of the hotel is aged and tired. Same goes with the rooms. Sheets are clean but off white and overall, this hotel should spend some money to upgrade their facilities. Parking is a hassle as you have to park at the public parking lot and street is narrow. Would I return? No!

Worst hotel experience in my life. Stains all over their bed sheets and pillow sheets. Floor not even mopped/swept/vacuumed. Fluid stains on some parts of the curtains & sofa. Not sure how long we’re the stains there and I don’t want to know. Looking for a hotel? Avoid cheap ones, put in some extra into your budget instead of wasting it on poor quality hotel (and probably your health)

Conveniently located near the city center, the hotel is a great bang for buck options for travelers. The complementary breakfast is a disappointment - they served the basic staples with minimal taste and limited selection. The pillows provided were extremely thin and they affected my sleep on both nights during my stay. The sound proofing can be done better as the hallway can be noisy during checkout timings/weekends.

This hotel is a complete scam – don't waste your money here, even if you have plenty to spare. The rooms are nowhere near what the booking app or online photos portray; they're significantly smaller. The claim of being "newly renovated" is false, as all marketing ads are outdated. The customer service is abysmal, with a rude receptionist. Our first room, beside the lift, had a bizarre encounter when we saw the room service staff doing what seemed like stock taking in the walkway with fresh towels on the floor. Upon entering the room, disappointment continued: no windows as shown, yellow-stained bedsheets, hair on the pillow, mold in the basin area, wet shelves, and a shower area with hair on the wall. Towels were grey and musky-smelling. The bed was uncomfortably hard and noisy. The walls were not soundproof, though not excessively noisy. An incident with a noise complaint was puzzling as we were next to our sleeping friends, and the receptionist mistakenly revealed the wrong room number. Despite our clarification, she insisted our room was the source of noise, even though we were already dozing off. Avoid this place at all costs.
