-Can only check in after 3 hours. 3pm check in, 6pm only got key. Reason being, waiting room service settle cleaning. 12pm people checkout, 6pm only finish cleaning room? -Given 1st room with upgraded room as complimentary. But upon entry, welcomed by another family. Chilling in their own room. How come system problem until u let another people with your room's key? -Have the courtesy to at least say sorry

Think twice before booking. I read some negative reviews but however I believed this hotel might be good looking at some of the positive review. But they proved me wrong. First of all this is not a 4 star hotel and the hotel reception confirmed it’s a 3 star hotel. They don’t have any service / help during night as they don’t have staffs to help us. I generally judge a hotel how the towels are maintained. That’s like a first impression… Towels were torn down , water was clogging , AC has a loud noice and was blasted during our last night , too many bugs , carpet was never washed l, too much dust. Insects bitten my child. Imaging all these I need to go through on a vacation. So pathetic. Sharing some pictures so pls decide wisely. This hotel is definitely not worth the price. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Chose this hotel given its proximity to customs, affordability and decent Google rating. Big mistake. Booked a Executive Twin Room (~SGD30/pax) 1. Very noticeable upon stepping into the hotel was its outdated decor and looks. 2. Upon setting foot into room, we were greeted by a strong musky smell. 3. Room was very spacious, split into a living area with sofa and a TV and the beds. There was also a small kitchen like area near the door. However, the amenities in the room are either very old, not well-maintained or not working. The TV in the bedroom area was not even working. 4. The chairs were all old and stained. 5. One of the major problem also was the lack of accessible power points. Only one near the bed with the rest randomly interspersed across the room. The power point were so badly maintained that they looked like you could almost get electrocuted or cause a power outage while using it. 6. Very strong air con, no point trying to turn the temperature up as it will eventually still continue to blast. 7. Bed was quite comfy but some pillows had stains. The headboard stank of sweat. 8. Toilet was very spacious and to us felt like the newest part of the room. The sink area was decent minus the sink. Water drains really slowly down the drain. The toilet also drains a bit slowly. In the morning as guests in other room start to use the toilet, you can hear the plumbing noises from the toilet. Has a bathtub but not well maintained with quite a few stains. However, the water heat up really quickly so that was good. 9. Can be a bit noisy at night or early morning due to traffic or nearby construction. Overall, may be ok for a cheap one night stay but meh, would rather top up a bit more and stay at a more decent/newer hotel.

We choose to celebrate our anniversary here.. lucky us there promo for stay+dinner+breakfast Overall i happy with this hotel.. parking okay, buffet food for both nice.. especially their parmesan lasagna.. they arrange the table so no need to worried if no table.. check in and check out also fast.. the room was really spacious.. clean.. all facility can use (pool&gym).. will repeat again if have promo like this again in the future..
