Wonderful hotel. Perfect location for sightseeing - just a stones throw from the Thermae Spa and short stroll from the train station. Lobby area and rooms recently refurbished. Fantastic rainfall shower in the room - one of the best showers I've ever experienced in a hotel. Huge TV, fridge, iron and hairdryer all provided. Breakfast was fresh with loads of choice - the waffle makers were a unique touch! Staff all extremely friendly - they allowed us to check in 2 hours early and provided complimentary Christmas treats on arrival. My only criticism was that the mattress was a little hard for my tastes, but this didn't detract from our stay. Would 100% stay again.

Had a good stay in this hotel with my partner and her parents before Christmas. No problem with room facility and even received a goody bag with snacks from very friendly staff at reception. The hotel is at a convenient location, close to the very city center but also enjoying the quietness. On the downside, 11am to check-out seems to be fine, but 4pm to check-in is probability the latest one I have ever come across. We arrived at around 2:40pm on the day, and were told to drop languages at reception and come back in one hour or so to check in. Other issue, there was no fried egg in breakfast, only boiled egg and scrambled egg available, not sure that's only by accident on the day or regular issue, not a big issue though but just thought fried egg was a routinely available option elsewhere.

Really nice stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms and a convenient and comfortable lounge. A member of staff even found time to bring 2 cupcakes to the room I was sharing with my cousin when they found out it was her birthday. Will definitely return for another stay

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring bath. Check in was quick and easy very helpful staff. The room was lovely everything we needed nice toiletries in the bathroom! Breakfast was lovely though was English breakfast but no bacon 🥓? However what we had was very nice Long downside and only small. No on-site parking so had to drag luggage from the shopping centre car park. Overall wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would definitely recommend
