The propieter Ling is a wonderful host. So kind and genuinely cares for her guests. She has thought of little things other B&Bs don't. Beautiful accommodation, feels like your staying in someone's home more than a hotel. Absolutely lovely!!

Perfect place to stay for Bath City centre and Xmas Market. Ten minute walk away. Ling a perfect host from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the Tiddly Pomme room which was ultra clean, fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked with more than enough choice. My husband couldn't decide what he wanted for breakfast one morning so Ling cooked a full English then surprised him with the stuffed French toast.....needless to say he was stuffed! We were there 3 nights and managed to squeeze in the Christmas Markets in Bath and Bristol, a trip up to Diddly Squat Farm in the Cotswolds and a look around Chipping Norton. Many thanks Ling xx

Cute little room a short walk to everything lovely in Bath. Ling was a great host. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

My boyfriend and I just spent the past 3 days at the Apple Tree Guesthouse for a long weekend in the city. Absolutely loved this BnB. Ling is a fantastic host and the breakfast was sensational. Easily rivals any cafe breakfast! Rooms were cosy and clean with very comfortable beds. It has a lovely, homey vibe. Highly recommend and would certainly stay again if ever visiting Bath. Thank you Ling!
