This is a really decent hotel and excellent value for money for London. Bit of a journey on the Piccadilly or Central lines out of London but certainly acceptable, the hotel is only a 1 minute walk from Park Royal tube station which gets you directly to Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square. Rooms were great for a budget hotel, excellent air conditioning, a small fridge and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was fine, I mainly stuck with coffee and juice but did treat myself to a freshly made waffle one morning. Would definitely stay here again if I can't afford to stay in a more central location.

These people took care of us! We arrived early, before the regular time fir check-in. But our room was ready and we could go right to it. The 24-hour menu was a bit skimpy, but we didn't need a lot, just something to tide us from the flight. Plus, the staff made an excellent recommendation for an Italian restaurant around the corner fir later. The room was not spacious, but quite adequate. We liked the security feature that required a room card to run the lift. And the location was outstanding! One block from the Park Royal Station on the Piccadilly line. It requires paying attention to which branch when you return, but that's not hard. Great access to the whole city. In short, we loved this place.

Room on the small side. Check in was not the most friendliest and certainly zero recognition as a Hhonors elite member. The air vent in the toilet loud and can be an issue if you are a light sleeper as it's switches on/off automatically. Location : there's not really much around the area. It will still take about 30 mins to get down to central London and hopefully there are no tube works. Breakfast: OK in general, however tables are not well cleaned after used and plates not cleared fast enough. Food are also not refilled fast enough. Staff in general don't seem friendly.
