This was a beautiful place to stay in the middle of bustling Acton Town. We were greeted and tended to enthusiastically by staff and our every need was met. It’s such a shame the kitchen is not in operation as I was very tempted by the menu but the staff happily pointed us in the direction of the incredible Mediterranean restaurant a stones throw away. The room was very modern and comfortable the bed was massive, there was a little too much light coming in through the curtains which made sleeping a little difficult but we made do. Because the bar was quiet we were offered discounted drinks and a tv remote to play whatever music we wanted. It was a delightful stay we were very happy with our time here and would absolutely stay here again.

The location isn't the best, but they lock the doors after 7 so the security is reliable. The elevator works, unlike what I had read before in the reviews, and the breakfast in the room is nice. The images of rooms are realistic, the services were great and the room was clean. The iron and the iron table weren't usable though. All in all it's nice for its price. The downside is that sometimes the subway doesn't stop near the stations around this hotel, which obviously isn't the problem of the hotel.

I booked a high floor superior room for 2 nights and got a damp smelling basement room that bore no resemblance to the picture, I was moved to a better room but the TV didn't work and my requests to fix it were not attended to. On the 2nd night I returned to find my room had been used as some sort of liaison, luckily for me (or not) the musty basement room (101 I kid you not) was still available. It was a bad experience but worst of all when I discussed with the booking agent the hotel denied everything.

Its not badly priced, however its not the best of locations, but does have easy access to a few train and tuibe stations which get you into central London in 15-20 minutes. Has a fairly long check-in, but staff was very firendly and welcoming. A bit of a fould odour in the stairwell walking up to the room, fortunately no odour in the room. The room is a decent size, and comes across as being modern and somewhat hiugh tech, however we had issues with lighting and other electrical items on a timer - there was no slow for the guest keycard, so the room "enabled" electrical items like lighting and heating
