Did not have much experience with the staff, but those we met were polite. The room was standard and clean. The location is great, close to the highway and main roads. Overall nice experience.

The front office staff was delightful. The breakfast was extremely good and fresh. Our room was clean and well appointed. But the public areas, the hallways, the elevator, and just about every square inch of the building other than our room needed a deep cleaning. There were specks of dirt and debris on the carpets everywhere; in the elevator and in the common areas. There were dust balls and bits of paper and debris in the corners of the rooms. When the common areas are unclean, it leaves me thinking that the rooms must not be clean also. Our room was clean and comfortable, but when the common areas are not clean it makes you wonder!

The staff is absolutely delightful. Everyone was nice to talk to and always had a smile on their face, from the front desk to the cleaners; everyone was extremely kind and tried to accommodate to all our requests. They went above and beyond. Thank you! The breakfast buffet has many options and the servings were tasty and generous. Rooms were clean and big. Kids loved the pool. Overall, an amazing stay. Will be back again when we visit Toronto. Thank you!

Rooms are OK. They are clean, but the wall paper in some rooms is peeling, some light switches don't work, lastly sometimes the AC/Heater takes forever to kick over. Besides that, the staff is masterclass. They are understanding and helpful. The location is also perfect, you are in between lots of wonderful first generation restaurants and lots of fun activities. It's a great hub hotel I'd you are going to be out of the hotel and only use it for sleep. 4/5

There is only one accessible parking space for this location and it's located (from about 100 rooms) at a back door that requires an access card to get in and due to night security is not accessible at night. There are around 8 to 10 "Diamond club member" spots located near the front doors as well as a garbage bin near the front doors. Modern city bylaws require 4% of parking spaces be accessible parking located near the front doors. In speaking to the manager about this, he said the hotel was built prior to that bylaw and they are in compliance for the hotels construction. They have no intention of bringing parking up to Modern standards and was extremely rude about the issue claiming that it's impossible for them to fix the problem. If you have any accessibility issues, I highly recommend avoiding this location.
