Loved staying here. They have great breakfast but most importantly they have great customer service. Lynn was so welcoming and pleasant. She strives to make everyone feel special. She made my family and I feel like at home. The kids loved “auntie Lynn”. The rooms were clean. The location is great as there are many stores walking distance. Oh, and they animal friendly.

This isn’t the Ritz Carlton but this place has everything you need, especially for people who are cruising. Convenient to both airport and cruise terminal, an Uber is going to run you about $30 for a cruise and the airport shuttle is free. They do offer transfer to cruise terminal for $22 as of this posting. Best part, the customer service is amazing. I watched the manager help the staff clean tables after breakfast and everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. They’ll gladly store your luggage if you’re leaving the cruise ship and have some time before check in. The breakfast was very good and overall, amazing value for the price! Definitely staying here on the next flight in.

Easily the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were filthy. The floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in months. The bottoms of our feet were black. Weird brown-diarrhea looking stains on the floors too. Breakfast wasn’t that good, but it was free. Very bad/sketchy area…cars were broken into while we stayed there. They used a third party company but The shuttles to the cruise port were extremely disorganized, almost missed our check in time. Should have just gotten an Uber instead-quicker & cheaper. The only good thing about the hotel was the front desk staff. All very nice. But for almost $300 a night, we were expecting better. We’ll never stay here again

Excellent service! Front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. We felt welcomed the minute we arrived. The room was big and clean. Complimentary hot breakfast was delicious. The outdoor pool was amazing, kids loved it. Free airport shuttle service was great and convenient. Overall, the stay was excellent and I would recommend the hotel. Thank you :)

I normally love staying at Hampton Inn and I am a long time Hilton Honors member. Easily the most filthy and disgusting Hampton Inn I have stayed at. First room had cockroaches scattering about. They moved us to another room where the door security had been busted off and missing. The toilet paper holder was also dangling off the wall. Peeling paint and grime all throughout the room. Found multiple silverfish and another weird looking bug on the bathroom counter. Worst part is that the room was $253 per night for all of this. Front desk clerk gave no apology and acted as if she was bothered by us. We had no choice but to stay because we had just driven 7 hours and had a cruise the next day. DO NOT STAY HERE.
