Where do I start?!?! Thomas the front desk manager is absolutely amazing. I was traveling from Indianapolis for a family trip on our annual cruise and I reserved about four rooms and total. It was about 20 of us adults and children and Thomas made us feel like home even though we was not from that town. Anything I asked for was addressed with extreme high levels of hospitality. Our first day that we checked in which was only for one night because we’re going on the cruise the next day was very stressful due to our flight being delayed about six hours, and it would be an early morning for all of us who are traveling also with children Luke at the front desk put us at ease and was able to get us into our room early being that we all was extremely tired. After our cruise, we checked back into the hotel about a week later, and we was greeted by Daphne, who was absolutely amazing, sweet kind, caring an extremely understanding on how we were just exhausted from a week of vacationing on a cruise. Once more again they were able to get us in our room early way before check-in so about 10 AM I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel stay, of course, with the assistance of the staff that I was presented with, also thank you Jen and Ari from sales. Me and my family have decided anytime we come to the Fort Lauderdale area. We will be staying with you guys. You guys rock. We were definitely be visiting again with family of course. Thank you again for everything that you guys done.

Great experience overall. The hotel is slightly off the beaten path so getting to it and parking were super easy. Parking located in a multi floor parking garage. The service was fantastic. Mainly the maid staff. They were friendly and on point with getting the rooms cleaned and towels and sheets replaced. My main complaint was the mattress and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable but I understand it's a hotel. Still was unfortunately a little uncomfortable. Besides that everything else was smooth between reservations, parking and the very friendly staff.

The reception overall into this establishment was awesome. Kudos to the front desk staff for their temperament. Parking is easy, and I was happy with my room and its view. Perfect place to rest if you want to walk to City Hall. Just don't forget to hang a Do Not Disturb sign on your door.... otherwise, housekeeping will knock every hour on the hour starting at 8 a.m. despite whatever you have told the front desk

We stay at a lot of Hampton inns because of our kid, and while the hotel itself is a bit basic this was the best Hampton inn front desk staff we've had. From my husband's calls before we arrived with Daphne to Daphne's warmth when we arrived, to the generosity of the manager on duty on Christmas, to Luke going above and beyond to look for something for my child, to the the pride from the lady who set up the hot cocoa bar, they all had great attitudes, and seemed to really care about the experience. It's hard to please everyone, and seemed even harder during the holidays when they might've been short staffed and the weather wasn't always sunny. But the staff's sunny dispositions really went a long way and we were grateful.

Rooms where old dingy outdated. The showers were moldy and disgusting. The adjustment was broken to shower. 3 floors have laundry and each floor had 1 of the machines either busted up or would flood the floor. Hallway had a loud floor fan going all day while there to sleep. The maintenance or other employees kept trying to unlock and barge into our rooms while the DND signs were hung on both doors. I wouldn't stay here again.
