Aged property in a reasonable location. Internally the property is dated and a lot of painting over the cracks going on. Check in was a nitemare and we ended up spending a lot of money on calls to resolve issues after a long international flight. Basic experience overall and would not return.

The location is very good for the Fort lauderdale area. Close to local stores, publix, walgreens, and 10 min drive to the beach. I stayed in Unit 4 and it was quite roomy. Compared to the other units. I had the opportunity to visit other units as I knew other guests staying at the Jasmine, and I have to say that I was quite disappointed. I stayed in Unit 4, and I don't care about it being dated. However, it appears as though it was a DIY house flippers renovations with the poor paint job and dirty walls, permanently stained floors, and paint drippings everywhere. And the cabinets were dirty, the tub was poorly painted I just didn't understand how this was worth the same amount as a unit upstairs that "renovated" with new furnishings. Also, there were ants in the kitchen. When I discussed it with the management initially they said someone would come check it out. After 2 days and following up I was told my concerns could only be addressed after checkout. Don't recommend

Great apparemment with Private fenced back courtyard. Bed plastic undersheet crackled. Funny. Lost a Star: No coffee. Just needed 1 sachet of Nescafé but nothing. Arrived late from overseas delayed flight after supermarkets closed so would have been welcome in morning. If no coffee is an error, fine, we all make mistakes... But if no coffee is a service level then needs to be altered. Booking by Airbnb would have cost 33% more. I booked by Expedia. Pool lovely, area safe. Great place.
