Very disappointing hotel. I am Diamond member and am used to well maintained Hilton properties. This is not one of them. The shower was completely out of shower gel. The elevator floors were not cleaned properly and the dining area seats were badly stained. It would do them well to charge a few dollars more and have the place deep cleaned.

Rooms were surprisingly top notch. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful when I checked in. Gave it four stars because it is off the beaten way and not much around it. Although that’s probably true for any place you stay in Greentree. My guess is this is on the cheaper end of most Hampton’s because of its location. But again, the room was excellent and the service was excellent.

We stayed in two rooms. Rooms were similar in decor. Our room didn't have shower gel and the other room didn't have hand soap. Neither room had extra toilet paper. Rooms were clean and so were bathrooms. Breakfast next morning from 6am-10am. Well stocked and maintained breakfast area. Food was hot and regularly refilled. Staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.
