10 all the way. It's very clean. The front desk is excellent and made sure by text that everything is going well. My room is super comfortable. Coffee is hot. The owner, general manager and all staff are top notch. Highly recommend!

Stayed there very recently during a two day business trip. Hotel was clean and the room very comfortable. More importantly, everyone on the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Located in Carmel Valley of San Diego, within a mile of a shopping center. Area feels safe at night. Friendly staff at the front desk and hot breakfast place. Free breakfast every morning with waffles, eggs, and various selections is nice for travelers to start the day. Overnight parking is $12 on top of the nightly rate. There is an underground gated parking garage but we just parked outside near the front entrance. Room is clean and good size. Bed was comfortable. Overall, good value!

My review would of been a complete 5 star but, for the money spent I would think the staff would be more honest. We left some clothes hanging in the closet and the night we checked out I called and was told they found nothing. I called the day after again and they still claim no items were found. Front desk did not even offer to help in any way. Definitely will never stay in this chain again.

I was given one room that was overrun with ants on the dresser. Thanks to the dark wood, I didn't notice til I unpacked and laid down kn the bed. The second room had what looked like a blood stain on the bed cover. Staff were friendly but I should have been comped the rooms I were trapped in. I couldn't just change hotels at the last minute. The location is nice. It's a short walk to the beaches. I walked to Del Mar proper from here.
