Very nice place to stay! Delicious breakfast, very helpful owners and amazing view from the rooftop. I stayed for a week and I loved it! You can also rent a bike or a scooter to go around.

Our stay here was okay.. Rooms are very small... At first we reached the stay early so we asked if there was any room available for early check-in,but the owner said rooms are not available and all the rooms are filled, later we asked if we would pay extra for early check-in, then he showed rooms and all the rooms were free only. Then he allocated the room which was really very tiny, and the bathroom size was way too small. We upgraded the room and paid extra money for that as well... The room was quite good, it was raining when we stayed here, it was so noisy.. the owner was sensible and the food was okayish.

I've enjoyed my stay here. Extended it. Walking distance to restaurants and famous locations. Relaxing peaceful night. Only downside it's a bit of ninh binh and getting a taxi can be hard. Be prepared for 100k each way and no bikes so plan accordingly if heading in

Highly recommend staying here when in Nin Binh. The owners were very warm and helpful with providing information and facilities. The stay is very nearby to Mua Caves which can be reached by walk. We rented out bicycles from the stay itself. The Trang An was 4kms from the stay. The stay owners also helped us with travel booking options to Da Nang including the cab to bus station.

We ended up spending a few extra nights here because we loved it so much. There are many options in rooms and they are very clean and nice. The best part about this homestay is definitely the owners. They are wonderful, kind people and are happy to help you out. They arranged us tickets to Cat Ba Island, have bicycle and scooter rentals, laundry service, and have incredible food! It is amazing. Especially the breakfasts which are complimentary. We absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you owners! ❤ Part of what makes Vietnam such a great country.
