Very nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast with coffee, tea and additional juice. The owner is great and really helpful. Not to forget about the swimming pool which is nice and clean as well. You can even do a laundry here. Definitely worth the price.

I stayed here for 3 nights and had the best time. Thanh and all his family are such amazing hosts and beautiful people. They have motorbikes and bicycles to rent. They can help you book buses for your next destination. Thanh supplies you with a great map of Tam Coc and Ninh binh and has details of places you can visit and how far they are from the homestay. This was valuable and really helped me plan my stay to make sure I got to see as much as possible. Breakfast was included in my rate, and I had the choice of omelette or pancakes. All were freshly cooked and tasted super. The homestay is so close to the wide choice of eating places on offer in Tam Coc. But they do have a good menu, and I ate lunch here twice. The soup was amazing, and so were the homemade spring rolls. My room was so clean with two double beds, a great working air con, a fridge, a kettle, and a small table and chairs inside. The bathroom was long but spacious. The shower worked well, and there were towels and a hairdryer. My unit was right by the pool. Poolside shoes are provided. There is also a table and chairs outside unit to have your breakfast and just sit and chill if you want to enjoy the garden/pool area. The pool was amazing. It was extremely clean, a great temperature, and lovely to swim in. There are recliner chairs around the poolside. The whole gardens and pool area are lit up at dusk. It's so beautiful. Superb place and exceptional hosts.

Amazing spot with super hosts, couldn’t recommend it enough. Very easy scooter hire as well and they even helped arrange a private trip to Hanoi airport.
