I recently stayed here 4 nights and was completely satisfied with this hotel. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to so many sights and restaurants. It's close enough, yet far enough, from beer street. The location is actually pretty quiet, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was really fantastic. Kudos to Lucy especially, she was super helpful, always checking if things were okay, just great hospitality. The rest of the staff was the same, front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff. Always had a smile on, kind greetings, great job! Also, the value was great. A good price including breakfast. And lastly, the massage I had at the spa was one of the best I have had in my life, no exaggeration. I have lived in SE Asia for 4 years, traveled extensively in SE Asia, and had about 40 business trips to China, so saying it was one of the best I had is no small thing. I would definitely stay here again, good job Hanoi Boutique Hotel & Spa!

I do not recommend this hotel for two reasons: The first and main thing is in relation to the spa, masseuse service harasses during the contracted service. It is supposed to be a place where you can receive professional health care and the facilities are not heated. The second point is due to the poor sound insulation in the rooms, which does not allow for a restful rest. The tremendous lack of respect suffered during the stay is discussed and communicated with the hotel staff in charge asking for a full refund of the money and they do not respond by remaining silent.

We had such a great stay here. The room was really clean and well-maintained. I really liked the service here who went the extra mile to remember our names, leave treats outside our door and remember our travel plans. Just wanted to specially call out Lucy who was such an amazing staff during our stay. The breakfast is pretty great too, good value for money. Location wise, most of the good food and tourist spots are within walking distance (including Hoa Kiem Lake). Wished we stayed longer here!
