Friendly staff and the rooms were clean. Recommended for all budget travelers. It is 2km from the Pekoe Trail Stage 01 trailhead which makes it a very convenient resting point.

Best place at Kandy for a Family to stay for an affordable price. Rooms are so clean and occupied with all the items a bedroom should have. So spacious with a scenic view towards mountains. The owner is also a very friendly and supportive person. Definitely a place where anyone makes their second visit.

The owner is so irresponsible. We made our reservation over the phone and at that time owner repeatedly asked whether we will come to saty the night. We confirmed and once we arrived to the premise, he said that he gave the room to another set of people claiming that he wasn't thinking we would come to stay the night. We had to go through a lot of trouble to find a new place to stay. Very disappointed with the service and the irresponsible behavior of the owner.
