Very good place to stay. It a bit noisy on the night cause in the center but you can rest so good also the bed is so comfy. The staff is amazing, so kind and they help u with everything. The is so friendly and he is always helping u and give u all the attention. The laundry service is the best. I recommend so much for u stay.

I had a beautiful holiday in Vietnam 2 weeks ago. i love people and scenery here. I was resting at this hotel with my family. This is a beautiful hotel and has good service quality. The receptionist here is very enthusiastic and helped me a lot to have a nice vacation. I will come back here next trip and hope everything will be even better

This has got to be the absolute worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying at! I mean, seriously, the moment I checked in, I was practically appalled by the complete lack of cleanliness and the awful smell that hit me. Trust me, you do not want to waste your time and money booking a room here. I made the mistake of reserving four rooms, and let me tell you, all four of them were absolute nightmares! The air conditioning was barely working, the rooms were disgustingly dusty, and don't even get me started on the state of the toilets. We tried giving feedback to the staff, but can you believe they had the audacity to insist that this dump is a four-star hotel? I wouldn't even classify this place as a hotel, it's more like a rundown dormitory! And don't even get me started on the false advertising. The photos they show you online are a complete lie, nothing like the actual rooms! I'm fuming just thinking about it!

From the moment I arrived, the friendly and attentive staff, particularly Ly at the reception, made my experience exceptional. Ly went above and beyond to assist with local recommendations, and ensure all my needs were met. The room was spacious, with prompt and efficient resolution of any requests. The hotel's location allowed easy access to restaurants and bars. I highly recommend Memory Premier Hotel and Spa for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location in the heart of Hanoi.
