Fantastic place to stay in Interlaken Very comfortable rooms. Service apartments perfect for a family of 4. Spacious and comfortable beds. Very clean rooms and utensils provided which are very clean and spotless. Ample parking as well. Can’t fault the place. Will like to come back.Breakfast adequate and varied. Close to the train stations.

It's like a service apartment with a kitchenette, all accessories, kitchen utensils & cutlery. It gives you a "living like a local" in Switzerland feeling. Breakfast is functional and decent. I would like to specially mention Samantha at the front desk/reception who helped me with activities that I could do in and around Interlaken in detail. Really grateful to her for explaining so well. The room which is front side facing gives you a beautiful view of the snowy mountains if the weather is good. Overall a wonderful experience but do not expect too much service as most of it is self service.

The real property looks much older and less attractive than advertised photos. 10 minute walk to the train station. Certainly not too far but not as convenient and central as expected either. Bus only runs every 30 minutes. Breakfast was not bad. Rooms are big but not air conditioned. When we opened the balcony doors insects swarmed in. No housekeeping. There were only two rolls of tissues for our 4 day stay, for 3 persons. No oven. I thought that was basic kitchenware. No gym. Only a specious swimming pool and sauna fraught with noisy family groups and their annoying kids. If you can't swim there is no place for you to hangout. There was a piano owned by the leisure consultant in the lobby. Only he could play it. Normally it's locked and serves as a decoration. What a shame. Also, this guy acts nice only if you show interest in his travel packages. The middle aged female manager at the reception was also quite grimfaced. We couldn't really see the snow capped mountain because of poor weather, so our memory of this "hotel" was not too positive.
