I have had a lovely stay with my family at Happy Apart recently. I stayed here many years ago and I was suprised by the new outlook of the hotel which have gone through a very nice renovation, lucky us! It is very up on the standard with a comfortable bedroom and specious living room. The kitchen was more than enough for my stay. This place is very suitable for family stay and long vacation. Thanks to the great staff and the owner, it felt like they were there for us all the time. We did a day trip to Ephesus and it was easy to drive around and having a parking lot was a luxury in Kusadasi! It has a large pool and we spent a whole day around the pool and it was a short walk away to Kadinlardenizi. I can recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a family run but up to standard boutique studio & apartments.

It is the staff that make this place. The rooms while basic in appearance, provide all what you need. Beds comfortable and pillows are the best I have ever had in a hotel. Room 12 did not have working hairdryer nor tv aerial. TVs could do with an upgrade. Hotwater could be hit and miss but our family had two rooms so easy to resolve. Free wifi did not reach my room either but did get to our other room and the public areas. Aircon is available for a fee which we made use of. Bathrooms are very nice. Self catering provision is a fridge, a kettle and one electric hob ring. Enough to cook a breakfast. A toaster would be nice but in all honesty the food available at the cafe bar in the hotel is great, with a wide menu and reasonably priced so we usually got breakfast or lunch there. The pool and bar area are lovely and the bar is open till late. Well stocked and a lovely atmosphere. The noise does carry so if you want a quiet place it might be best to avoid. The pool was cleaned every night. The location is good for Ladies beach and a taxi to the centre was a couple of pounds which the reception will call for you. The hotel staff were amazing really friendly and helpful. You were made to feel at home by Nourie and the team right from the get go. Staying here genuinely made me think of the theme song from Cheers '...the place where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came'.

Good size bedroom with separate lounge. Balcony was also good size. Very disappointed no WiFi in rooms only around pool area on ground floor. Extra charge of 80TL per day for aircon. We didn't have breakfast or meals there as was too expensive for us Aussies. If you have pounds or euro it's probably cheap enough but not for the Aussie dollar conversion. We stayed for 3 nights and moved to hotel closer to beach who offered WiFi, breakfast and better customer service for similar nightly price.
