The amazing location, friendly staff and delicious food. See view, rooms are bright. The private and public beach are walking. Everything close 10 mins by mini bus. We spent lovely time with family. Recommended. Better book calling to directly hotel.

Lavista was an incredible find for us, the staff were amazing, rooms were clean and the views were to die for, simply fabulous. We will definitely book again when we are back in Kusadasi. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!

We stayed Aug of 23 and what a wonderful experience. The sea view room is just perfect, the staff from reception to the kitchen and room service were excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious and the the selection and quality of dinner was just as good. Location was quiet, there is a hotel next door which plays loud music but stops at midnight, other than that, perfect quiet sleep with that beautiful Kusadasi night time breeze. Also located between lady beach and the main town centre all within 10 min via the mini bus which also is infornt of the hotel. Sincere thanks to all the staff for a wonderful experience and definitely will stay there as my number 1 choice, hopefully next summer season.

Absolutely lovely place! We stayed in hotel in April 2023 for one night and got upgrade as a complement. Room was with stunning sea view and cosy balcony. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean, all necessary things like cotton pads etc were provided. We did not use swimming pool because it was quite cold at this time of the year. Breakfast was good! Location is a bit remote from city centre but I liked it due to lack of people and noises.

I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour. Location- I loved the hotel grounds and location. The views are beautiful and it’s a good size hotel. It’s a little bit out of the way (I wouldn’t recommend if your not able to walk Up a hill) but that’s good as it keeps out local noise. Rooms- Meh. Ours was a spacious room but the beds are rock hard, there’s no lights in the room only lamps…? Which doesn’t allow for much light in the evening. Pillows are thin and useless. Lack of sockets around the room. Food- Breakfast buffet was okay. Average. Dinner is average. You’re better off going into the local town to eat it’s far better food! On our last morning there was no buffet and we were served a selection of food..? Not sure why but I wasn’t impressed as we paid for breakfast to be included Service- Staff were friendly and helpful towards us,
