Communication nearly nonexistent with check in staff. Zero attempt made to use Google translate for English. Extremely loud music playing in the club until 3am BUMP BUMP BUMP. Your electric might go out and when you go to tell them at reception they’ll stare blankly at you. The view is amazing!!

Comfortable: 10/10 Location: 10/10 Facilities: 9/10 Cleanliness: 7/10 Located very close to the dragon bridge. I had a luxury room on 9th floor, it has beautiful river view from the balcony. I was happy with everything except the cleanliness, there is a ton of dust on the floor (closed to my bed) and on the sofa!
