The Room that I was allocated at this hotel was absolutely disgusting and unfit even for one night stay, where do I start 1. Bed was like trying to sleep on the floor 2. Bad smell in shower area 3. Tap only supplied a trickle of water 4. Uncovered electrical wires that supply the shower that didn’t work correctly 5. Shabby paintwork (dark scuffs over the wall) 6. Although sheets were clean there was a blue mark on sheets. These are just a few of the issues the list goes on and on. Booked 3 night but only stayed for one. I felt really sorry for the young girl on the reception desk as she had to deal with the problem and she tried so hard to assist but I could not stay there for another second. I got another hotel approx 200yards away for a lower prices and it was immaculate and so well maintained and even includes breakfast. Think carefully before staying at this hotel

Book thur 3rd party app. Booked 2 luxury room almost $300 (2pax) for 4 days 3 night. 1. Picture not as described. 2. Room too old, wall paint peeling off. 3. Table surface popping out due to ages. 4. Water pressure very low. 5. Hot pot in room request hot water instead kettle. 6. Friend ask staff to open my door instead of room calling for my permission first. 7. Aircon non branded and wasn't powerful even 16 degrees waited 10 mins. 8. hotel is using door key with big plastic room tag instead of room card. Those want to book 3rd party app takenote you can't cancel can only request to change room no funded on app, I requested change room but mostly all condition is the same, stay 3rd days I changed hotel. Overall, location is quite near Ben Thanh Market. This is just a piece of my reviews price might be good but finding a right hotel is vey important, make sure you know or stay before then you book online. Thank you.

The location is great so if you don’t care what the room or hotel look like is tho the hotel for you. Our room looked old and dirty. There was marks on the wall and the room smelled like mould. The staff was not very good at English. We very not very satisfied with our stay.

Stay at this wonderful hotel about 12 days and very satisfied during the entire time. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. It’s right at the middle of the shopping center with many cheap and popular restaurants. I got a 50k discount/ night because of a long stay. The price is very affordable. Keep in mind, there is no free breakfast serving at the hotel. I’ll come back again 👍

Number 1 - you get what you pay for. $25 a night room close to the main market in district 1, location is fantastic easy to get most main places around walking. The rooms are tired and really need a ceiling to floor clean...there was rubbish left from previous guests, dust balls everywhere. But: Bed was clean and comfortable (if a bit hard). We ended up being moved through 3 rooms as they were mot expecting us (change of ownership and booking was lost apparently). Would i stay again...not with the family but if i was by myself and just needed a quick cheap option in a good location i would consider it
